Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – ARMSFIT

📦 Mandatory Open-Box Video

Customers must record a clear open-box video at the time of delivery while opening the package.

This video is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request.

Requests without an open-box video will not be accepted.

🔁 Return Policy (Defective or Issue-Based Returns)

A return will be accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or functional issue.

Conditions:


  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • The issue must be reported within 5–7 days of delivery

  • Open-box video is compulsory for verification

💰 Refund Policy


  • Once the return is approved after verification,

    the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

🚚 Order Cancellation Policy


  • If an order is canceled after it has been shipped or at the time of delivery,

    the delivery charges will be deducted

  • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method

👕 Size Exchange Policy


  • If the customer wants an exchange due to a size issue,

    the to-and-fro delivery charges will be borne by the customer

  • If the customer ordered the correct size but received the wrong size,

    ARMSFIT will arrange a free exchange, and delivery charges will be borne by the company

❌ Non-Eligible for Return / Exchange


  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products due to misuse

  • Claims raised without an open-box video

  • Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective)
