We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
The item does not fit or you wish to exchange for a different size or model.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Shipping charges for exchange (unless the product is defective/damaged) will be borne by the customer.

If the item delivered to you is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
To claim a refund:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the defect/damage.
Once our team verifies the issue, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
