At Armsfit, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and in perfect condition.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, launches, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3-7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5-10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the minimum value.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes and may include a small convenience fee.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking link provided.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.


Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate while placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Courier operational issues

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the package if it appears severely damaged.

  2. Take clear photos of the package.

  3. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.


International Shipping

Currently, Armsfit ships only within India.

International shipping will be introduced soon.


Lost Packages

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
